requirement, condition for apply: ～Medical condition of age～・20 -40 years old
～Confirmations in advance～
・No past medical history to take cornea refractivity operation such as LASIK
・Not having eye disease now, not being under treatment for eye diseases, or not having past medical history of serious eye disease
・Not suffering serious diseases or not having past medical history of serious diseases (heart disease, liver disease, cancer etc.)
・Check by a doctor is required after LASIK operation, however after one week later it is required to take doctor’s check in China. Since hospitals where check after LASIK is available are limited, please be sure to look for a hospital in advance where check after the operation is available.
・The operation may not be performed depending on the results of the examinations taken after coming to our clinic
・In addition, confirmation for written informed consent prepared by our clinic in advance is required.
