If you are worried about the possibility of hidden serious diseases, consider the "PET First" course. This cancer screening can detect cancers at a relatively early stage, offering a comprehensive examination that can identify more cancers at once compared to other tests. It also allows for the examination of areas that are difficult to check with conventional cancer screenings.

**Exclusion Criteria:**

- Individuals who require assistance with daily activities
- Those who have undergone surgery, chemotherapy, or radiation therapy within the past month
- Individuals who have had a stomach barium test within the past week
- Users of implanted defibrillators
- Pregnant women
- Individuals with full-body tattoos
- Other criteria as specified on a separate sheet

**Instructions:**

- No food intake starting 6 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
- Do not drink any beverages containing sugar.
- Discontinue diabetes medication in the morning (continue taking all other medications as usual).
