requirement, condition for apply: ● Please let us know the medicine information if you take medicine. (by one month)
● If you are the person who takes medicines, you takes them until the previous night of the examination day and please do not take them on the morning of the examination day. However, please take medicines for “blood pressure or heart diseases” on the morning of the examination day with small amount of water. ● Do not forget to bring medicines with you which you take daily on the day of examination. ● Be sure to inform us your medical operation history if you have at the time of a reservation.

precaution, contraindication: ● Please come to our hospital not to be late for the check-in time on the morning of the day.
● Please adhere strictly to fasting and refraining from smoking on the day of the examination. (Do not take breakfast, hot water or tea, cold water, gum, cigarette etc. at all.)
● Please wear underwear etc. (As you can wear only the underwear under inspection cloths, be sure to wear the underwear without a metal or a print.) ● Please take of a wrist watch, neckless, or poultice etc. during the examination.
