Precautions / Contraindications

【Diet Instructions for the Day Before the Health Checkup】

①Please finish dinner by 9:00 PM and take your regular medications if prescribed.

②Avoid fatty foods, hard-to-digest foods, and alcohol.

③After 9:00 PM, please refrain from eating or drinking.
Only small amounts of water or tea are permitted.

【On the Day of the Health Checkup】

①Fasting and no smoking are required on the day of the examination. (Small amounts of water are allowed.)

②For gastrointestinal examinations, please do not take stomach medications, diabetes medications, or herbal medicines on the morning of the examination.
Other necessary medications (such as those for blood pressure or heart disease) may be taken after consulting with your physician.

③If your menstrual period coincides with the examination day, an accurate urine occult blood test cannot be performed.
In this case, please return to the center within one week for a repeat urine test.
