Diagnosis and Treatment of Nephrotic Syndrome 【Kanazawa Medical University Hospital】
Nephrotic syndrome is diagnosed through kidney biopsy, and treatment is provided based on the diagnosis.
Specialized therapies such as immunosuppressive therapy and apheresis are also considered.
Based on diagnosis through kidney biopsy, we propose and provide treatment options including steroids, other immunosuppressive agents, and specialized therapies such as apheresis.

Nếu đã thực hiện sinh thiết thận, việc cung cấp mẫu mô hoặc báo cáo sẽ giúp rút ngắn quá trình chẩn đoán. Phương pháp điều trị sẽ khác nhau tùy theo bệnh được chẩn đoán; trong trường hợp hội chứng thận hư kèm tràn dịch màng phổi hoặc cổ trướng, thời gian điều trị có thể kéo dài khoảng 2 tháng.
