Precautions / Contraindications

[Meals on the day before the test]
1) Finish dinner by 9 pm. Take the medication you are on by then, if any.
2) You are required to avoid fatty or indigestible meals, or alcoholic beverages.
3) You are also required to fast after 9 pm. *You may drink small amount of water or tea.

[On day of the test]
1) You are strictly required to fast and not to smoke on the day of the test. (You may drink small amount of fluid.)
2) Women on period on the day of the test will be ask to come back to our center on later day (within 1 week) for a urine test, because accurate determination cannot be made due to blood in urine sample.
