If your fasting blood glucose level is 200 mg/dL or higher, the examination cannot be performed. If you have any metal objects, a pacemaker, or implants inside your body, please consult your primary physician in advance.

Precautions / Contraindications

Please fast from 9:00 PM on the day before the examination until the examination is completed.

Strenuous exercise (such as golf or yoga), massage, or any activities involving significant physical movement are prohibited on the day before the examination.

If your fasting blood glucose level is 200 mg/dL or higher, the examination cannot be performed.

If your fasting blood glucose level is 140 mg/dL or higher, image quality may be compromised.

Patients with high blood glucose levels or diabetes are not eligible for this examination.

If you have metal objects, a pacemaker, or implants inside your body, please consult your primary physician in advance.
