Cosmetic and medical checkup programs. Concierge service. (Personal assistance and interpretation by interpreters versed in the programs. Includes orientation.) In Program hospitality. (Refreshments after examination , relaxation products.) Delivery of the welcome kit(necessary documents for the programs). Translation and mailing service for medical checkup results.

Eligibility Criteria/Exclusions for Treatment

◇ Blood Glucose Level Because this examination involves a PET scan, the test may not be performed if the blood glucose level is too high. If the level is 150 mg/dL or higher but below 200 mg/dL, the examination can be performed; however, the image quality may be affected. If the level is 200 mg/dL or higher, the examination cannot be performed. ◇ Exercise Please refrain from strenuous exercise (such as running or strength training) on the day before and the day of the examination. ◇ Medication Please do not take blood glucose–lowering medications on the day of the examination. There are no restrictions after the examination has been completed. ◇ Pregnancy Our facility does not accept medical checkups for individuals who are pregnant or may be pregnant. ◇ Breastfeeding Because PET examinations involve radiation exposure, breastfeeding should be avoided for approximately 24 hours after the examination.

Cancellation Policy Up to 11 days before the program: 0% of the program fee From 10 days before to the day before the program: 50% of the program fee On the day of the program or in case of no notice: 100% of the program fee

Precautions / Contraindications

◇ Dietary Restrictions
For this examination, please refrain from eating after 9:00 PM on the day before the test.

◇ Fluid Restrictions
After 9:00 PM on the day before the examination, please drink only water without sugar.

◇ Exercise Restrictions
Please refrain from strenuous exercise (such as running or strength training) on the day before and the day of the examination.

◇ After the Examination
For 2 hours after the PET examination, please limit contact with pregnant women and children, and keep an appropriate distance whenever possible.
