It is designed to focus on precise tests that are not typically included in standard primary health checkups. The process is streamlined to ensure smooth and efficient testing without waiting times.

In addition to health screening items, we offer:

- **Bariatric Surgery:** Laparoscopic Roux-en-Y gastric bypass, laparoscopic sleeve-bypass surgery* developed by our center director, Dr. Kasama, laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy, endoscopic adjustable balloon placement, and oral balloon placement (Allurion).

- **Hand Surgery:** Procedures such as tenosynovectomy, tenotomy, and soft tissue tumor excision.

- **Urology:** Treatments for benign prostatic hyperplasia, including holmium laser enucleation of the prostate (HoLEP) and transurethral prostate lift (UroLift).

- **Surgery:** Procedures for conditions such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (fundoplication) and umbilical hernia (eTEP method).

*We focus primarily on minimally invasive surgeries for benign conditions.

Precautions / Contraindications

**Instructions:**

- Dinner should be finished by 9:00 PM.
- No breakfast on the day of the examination.
- Discontinue morning medications (except for those treating high blood pressure, arrhythmia, asthma, epilepsy, and anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs). These medications should be taken earlier than usual with plenty of water.
