Our urban medical center is located in Yotsuya, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. It offers excellent access to major cities, being approximately 10 minutes by car from Tokyo Station and Ginza and about 5 minutes from Shinjuku.

We have a variety of advanced diagnostic and treatment equipment, including general X-ray machines, CT, MRI, PET/CT, DEXA, endoscopy systems, mammography, and ultrasound imaging equipment for the abdomen, heart, and breast.

**Facility Amenities**
We offer private rooms with en-suite toilets and showers. Hospital meals during your stay are therapeutic dishes provided by Mikuni Mansour. There is also a women-only floor (6th floor), where specialized examinations for gynecological and breast health are conducted.

- **Bariatric Surgery:** Laparoscopic Roux-en-Y gastric bypass, laparoscopic sleeve-bypass surgery* developed by our center director, Dr. Kasama, laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy, endoscopic adjustable balloon placement, and oral balloon placement (Allurion).

- **Hand Surgery:** Procedures such as tenosynovectomy, tenotomy, and soft tissue tumor excision.

- **Urology:** Treatments for benign prostatic hyperplasia, including holmium laser enucleation of the prostate (HoLEP) and transurethral prostate lift (UroLift).
