Package of angina pectoris examination using the world’s latest 320-row CT scan, cardiac ultrasonography to check for cardiac movement and valvular disease, etc., and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) test which reveals cardiac failure without symptoms by blood test. There are only few institutions offering cardiac examination using the 320-row CT scan even in Japan.
*The 320-row CT scan allows image acquisition of the whole heart in one picture in only 0.35 seconds for the first time ever, enabling doctors to make highly accurate diagnosis of angina pectoris. Its accuracy is comparable to that of cardiac catheter. The scan minimizes the radiation dose and the amount of contrast agent used, compared with conventional CT scans.
