Clinic Shibuya was opened in Shibuya in 2024 by Yubikai Medical Corporation, which also operates Ochanomizu Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery Clinic in Ochanomizu, Tokyo.

Drawing on specialized expertise in plastic surgery, the clinic provides cosmetic surgical procedures such as double-eyelid surgery, treatment for under-eye bags, the Hamra procedure, breast augmentation, liposuction, and facelift surgery, as well as cosmetic dermatology treatments including HIFU, botulinum toxin injections, hyaluronic acid injections, and laser treatments.

Since February 2026, in accordance with Japan’s Act on the Safety of Regenerative Medicine, the clinic has submitted regenerative medicine provision plans to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Kanto-Shinetsu Regional Bureau of Health and Welfare) following review by a Certified Committee for Regenerative Medicine. The clinic has begun providing treatments using autologous adipose-derived stem cells, including local administration to joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments, skin, and scalp, as well as systemic administration by intravenous infusion. It also provides skin regenerative treatment using PRP (platelet-rich plasma).

Cell culture is outsourced to cell processing facilities that have obtained the required authorization or submitted the required notifications to the Japanese authorities. Physicians provide continuous care from the initial consultation through treatment and follow-up.
