Available Programs

  • IMF therapy (Immunomodulatory Factor Therapy)【TAKARA CLINIC】

This is a method to activate immune cells by stimulating the internal environment of cancer patients whose immune system is weakened. By increasing NK cell activity at the cytokine level, we create an inner environment that is difficult for “cancer cells” to live in, and we are achieving therapeutic results.

In order to bring out the inherent power of NK cell it self maximally, immune cells are stimulated by the action of proteins secreted from external immune cells. It is a method that induces inherent NK cell activity of the immune system. In addition, it has been reported that it has the action to strengthens the function of helper T cells that help to educate killer T cells, or it assists the proliferation of killer T cells, and strengthens the action of NK cells. 3 treatments per week for 1 month or 3 months protocols is performed. We have a track record of administering about 500 injections per year at our hospital. An increase in INF-γ (interferon gamma) which shows immune activity (a cytokine secreted mainly by NK cells and T cells, which has the effect to enhance inflammation by leukocytes) has been observed after administration.

  • TCTP Therapy (Total Cancer Treatment Protocol)【TAKARA CLINIC】

TCTP Therapy (Total Cancer Treatment Protocol) is Takara Clinic's proprietary integrated cancer immunotherapy protocol that combines local tumor control through radiation therapy with systemic immune regulation using autologous cultured dendritic cells, macrophages, and T lymphocytes.

This comprehensive treatment approach is designed to address both the local cancer lesion and the body's overall immune environment as part of an individualized cancer treatment strategy.

TCTP Therapy (Total Cancer Treatment Protocol) is a comprehensive cancer treatment strategy that combines local tumor control with systemic immune regulation. In this protocol, immune cells collected from the patient's own blood—including dendritic cells, macrophages, and T lymphocytes—are cultured and activated before being administered directly into or near the tumor. In addition, the combination of radiation therapy is intended to improve the immune microenvironment surrounding the tumor, with the goal of achieving both local anti-tumor effects and systemic immune activation. This therapy is provided under an appropriate management system following the acceptance of a regenerative medicine provision plan and assignment of a plan number in accordance with Japan's Act on the Safety of Regenerative Medicine administered by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW). Please note: Because this therapy uses the patient's own cells, a certain period of time is required for cell processing and culture. Therefore, treatment cannot be performed on the same day as blood collection.
