Using autologous adipose-derived stem cells and NK cells, the clinic provides regenerative medicine aimed at repairing knee joint pain and skin aging, as well as strengthening immunity and supporting cancer prevention.
We offer regenerative medicine utilizing autologous adipose-derived stem cells and NK cells to repair knee joint pain and skin aging, enhance immunity, and prevent cancer. From cell collection to cultivation and administration, we ensure safety and reliability through a fully integrated in-house system.
<<Regenerative Medicine at Motif Ginza Clinic>>
At Motif Ginza Clinic, we provide highly safe regenerative medicine utilizing the patient’s own cells. We use autologous adipose-derived stem cells to treat conditions such as knee joint pain, skin aging (wrinkles and sagging), and chronic pain. Additionally, NK cell therapy is offered to enhance immunity and prevent cancer. The harvested stem cells and NK cells are cultured and expanded in our advanced in-house cell processing facility before being reintroduced into the body. This process minimizes the risk of rejection or allergic reactions and ensures a treatment with few side effects. Our fully integrated in-house system, from cell collection to cultivation and administration, ensures that no cells leave the clinic, delivering safe, secure, and reliable medical care.

Regenerative Medicine: Autologous Adipose-Derived Cultured Stem Cell Therapy (IV Drip, Knee Joint, Face, Hair) 【Motif GINZA Clinic.】
An in-house CPC-based stem cell therapy using autologous adipose-derived stem cells, with the clinic director overseeing both patient care and cell quality control.
Motif Ginza Clinic's autologous adipose-derived cultured stem cell therapy is a regenerative medicine treatment provided as private medical care. Stem cells are collected from the patient's own adipose tissue, cultured in the clinic's in-house Cell Processing Center (CPC), and administered according to the treatment purpose by intravenous infusion, intra-articular injection, intradermal injection, or scalp injection. The clinic director is personally responsible for medical consultation, patient eligibility assessment, adipose tissue collection, and cell administration. The director also makes the final decisions regarding cell culture conditions, cell quality, and whether the cultured cells are suitable for administration. From cell collection and culture to quality control and administration, the entire process is managed within the clinic's in-house CPC. Each patient receives a cell culture certificate that includes quality testing results and other relevant information. The clinic director has been performing autologous adipose-derived stem cell therapy since 2015 and has experience with more than 3,000 treatments, including intravenous, dermatological, and orthopedic applications. The treatment protocol is designed to minimize the burden on patients. Cell collection requires only a very small amount of adipose tissue using a minimally invasive technique, together with approximately 10 mL of blood collection. The consultation and collection procedures are completed within approximately 40 minutes. The cells are then carefully cultured for about four weeks in the clinic's advanced cell culture facility, and freshly cultured cells are administered to the patient for treatment.

Regenerative Medicine – NK Cell Therapy 【Motif GINZA Clinic】
Autologous NK Cell Therapy with complete in-house CPC management from blood collection and cell culture to administration, with the clinic director overseeing both patient care and cell quality control.
Motif Ginza Clinic's Autologous NK Cell Therapy is a regenerative medicine treatment in which NK (Natural Killer) cells collected from the patient's own blood are cultured in the clinic's in-house Cell Processing Center (CPC) and administered by intravenous infusion. This therapy is intended for individuals with concerns about reduced immune function, those who experience chronic fatigue or are prone to infections, and patients seeking supportive immune management after cancer treatment. A physician will determine whether the therapy is appropriate for each patient. The entire process—from blood collection, cell culture, quality control, and administration—is managed within the clinic's in-house CPC. The clinic director personally oversees both patient care and the verification of cell quality. Approximately 30 mL of blood is collected for cell culture. The culture period is approximately 4 weeks, and the NK cells are administered by intravenous infusion over approximately 60 minutes. When combined with stem cell therapy, the timing of administration is individually adjusted according to the patient's condition and treatment objectives.

Regenerative Medicine: Skin Regeneration Therapy Using Dermal Fibroblasts【Motif GINZA Clinic】
A skin regeneration therapy using autologous dermal fibroblasts cultured in the clinic's in-house CPC and administered to the skin, with the clinic director overseeing both patient care and cell quality control.
The treatment promotes the production of collagen and elastin to improve wrinkles and skin laxity, helping to achieve natural skin rejuvenation.Motif Ginza Clinic's Autologous Cultured Dermal Fibroblast Therapy is a regenerative medicine treatment provided as private medical care. Dermal fibroblasts collected from the patient's own skin are cultured in the clinic's in-house Cell Processing Center (CPC) and then administered to the skin. Dermal fibroblasts are cells located in the dermis that play a key role in maintaining the skin's structural foundation by producing collagen, elastin, and other extracellular matrix components. This therapy may be considered for concerns such as wrinkles, skin laxity, photoaging, loss of skin firmness, and acne scars. A physician will evaluate each patient and determine whether the treatment is appropriate. At our clinic, the entire process—from tissue collection and cell culture to quality control and administration—is managed within the in-house CPC. The clinic director personally oversees both patient care and the verification of cell quality. At Motif Ginza Clinic, we offer highly safe regenerative medicine using the patient’s own cells. For treating skin aging, such as wrinkles and sagging, we utilize fibroblasts. Our advanced in-house cell culture facility enables us to expand the cells and reintroduce them into the body, reducing the risks of rejection or allergic reactions and minimizing potential side effects. From cell extraction to cultivation and administration, our fully integrated in-house system ensures flexible, reliable, and trustworthy medical care.
