Regenerative Medicine: Skin Regeneration Therapy Using Dermal Fibroblasts【Motif GINZA Clinic】
A skin regeneration therapy using autologous dermal fibroblasts cultured in the clinic's in-house CPC and administered to the skin, with the clinic director overseeing both patient care and cell quality control.
The treatment promotes the production of collagen and elastin to improve wrinkles and skin laxity, helping to achieve natural skin rejuvenation.
Motif Ginza Clinic's Autologous Cultured Dermal Fibroblast Therapy is a regenerative medicine treatment provided as private medical care. Dermal fibroblasts collected from the patient's own skin are cultured in the clinic's in-house Cell Processing Center (CPC) and then administered to the skin.
Dermal fibroblasts are cells located in the dermis that play a key role in maintaining the skin's structural foundation by producing collagen, elastin, and other extracellular matrix components.
This therapy may be considered for concerns such as wrinkles, skin laxity, photoaging, loss of skin firmness, and acne scars. A physician will evaluate each patient and determine whether the treatment is appropriate.
At our clinic, the entire process—from tissue collection and cell culture to quality control and administration—is managed within the in-house CPC. The clinic director personally oversees both patient care and the verification of cell quality.
At Motif Ginza Clinic, we offer highly safe regenerative medicine using the patient’s own cells. For treating skin aging, such as wrinkles and sagging, we utilize fibroblasts. Our advanced in-house cell culture facility enables us to expand the cells and reintroduce them into the body, reducing the risks of rejection or allergic reactions and minimizing potential side effects. From cell extraction to cultivation and administration, our fully integrated in-house system ensures flexible, reliable, and trustworthy medical care.
