- Program details
- Fujita Health University Hospital is committed to the development and education of advanced surgical techniques and medical technologies, and provides highly specialized surgical care, including robot-assisted surgery. Surgical robotic systems such as da Vinci translate the surgeon’s hand movements into precise movements of surgical instruments, supporting delicate procedures within confined surgical fields.
Eligibility for robot-assisted surgery is determined after careful evaluation of the patient’s disease, stage, medical history, and overall condition. A multidisciplinary team provides comprehensive support throughout the entire course of care, from diagnosis and surgery to hospitalization and post-discharge follow-up.
