Stem cell culture supernatant containing approximately 300 billion exosomes, derived from Japanese donors and produced under serum-free culture conditions, is administered by intravenous infusion, intranasal administration, or intradermal skin-booster injection.

Aging care can be completed within a one-day stay.

This regenerative medicine program requires no adipose tissue harvesting and no waiting period for cell culture, allowing treatment to be received on the same day as your visit to Japan.

Stem cell culture supernatant (exosomes) derived from young stem cells can be administered according to the treatment purpose via intravenous infusion, intranasal administration, subcutaneous injection, scalp injection, penile injection, intra-articular injection into the knee, or intradermal skin-booster injection (HYCOOX).

Three types of culture supernatant are available—adipose-derived, deciduous dental pulp-derived, and umbilical cord (Wharton’s jelly)-derived—with no additional charge. A mixture of all three types is also available.

All donors are Japanese, and the cells are cultured in serum-free medium containing neither bovine nor human serum.

Only cells from donors who meet screening requirements for HIV, HBV, HCV, HTLV, Mycoplasma, bacterial contamination, and fungal contamination are used.

The program is available for a broad range of purposes, including aging care, chronic fatigue and chronic pain, mental fatigue and sleep quality, skin quality including firmness and radiance, androgenetic alopecia (AGA), erectile dysfunction (ED), and knee pain.

Treatment may also be combined on the same day with PRP therapy, NMN intravenous infusion, fibroblast transplantation, NK cell immunotherapy, the EpiClock Test (a genetic test that assesses biological age), and the Theoria Test (a test for very early cancer risk, including pancreatic and gastrointestinal cancers).

Skin rejuvenation / scalp treatment (HYCOOX intradermal injection, including topical anesthetic cream): approximately 60–90 minutes, including anesthetic waiting time
Subcutaneous administration, penile administration, or intra-articular injection into the knee: approximately 15–30 minutes each
PRP therapy (blood collection, on-site preparation, and administration): approximately 90 minutes
NMN intravenous infusion (300 mg): approximately 60 minutes
Specialized blood tests (EpiClock / Theoria): approximately 15 minutes for blood collection only; results will be provided later in a report
3. Post-treatment observation at the clinic (approximately 15 minutes)
After observation, patients may proceed with sightseeing or travel as planned.

Eligibility Criteria/Exclusions for Treatment

・Age: In principle, patients must be 20 years of age or older. Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult the clinic in advance.
・Patients using a wheelchair may visit the clinic. The clinic is located on the 4th floor, and an elevator is available in the building.
・There are no specific restrictions based on previous treatment history or the presence or absence of underlying medical conditions. Healthy individuals are also welcome to use the program for preventive care and aging care purposes.
・For skin rejuvenation and scalp treatments, a topical anesthetic cream is used. If you have an allergy to local anesthetics such as lidocaine, please inform the clinic in advance.
・Same-day appointments may be available if there are open appointment slots; however, advance booking is recommended to ensure availability.
・If the patient has difficulty understanding medical explanations or informed consent procedures in Japanese, in-clinic support in English or Chinese, or the presence of a medical interpreter, is required.

Precautions / Contraindications

・This treatment is provided as private, self-pay medical care and is not covered by Japanese public health insurance. Treatment outcomes vary among individuals.
・After HYCOOX intradermal injection for skin rejuvenation or scalp treatment, redness, swelling, or bruising may persist for several hours to several days. We recommend avoiding treatment on the day before an important event or your return flight. On the day of treatment, please avoid makeup, prolonged bathing, saunas, strenuous exercise, and alcohol consumption.
・Intranasal treatment will be postponed if there is inflammation or bleeding inside the nasal cavity.
・Patients with an active infection, a malignancy currently under treatment, or a serious hematologic disorder may not be eligible for treatment, depending on the physician’s assessment.
・We recommend avoiding intravenous infusion immediately after a long-haul flight and scheduling treatment for the day after arrival in Japan or later.
