The Heart Checkup Signature Course is a two-day comprehensive cardiac screening program that combines blood tests, including heart failure markers, electrocardiography (ECG), echocardiography, contrast-enhanced CT of the coronary arteries and entire body, blood pressure measurement, physical measurements, consultation with a cardiologist, and 24-hour ambulatory ECG monitoring.

By adding prolonged ECG recording to the examinations included in the one-day Essentials Course, this program can evaluate paroxysmal arrhythmias and ECG changes that may be difficult to detect through resting examinations alone, including changes that occur during daily activities.

It is suitable for individuals who wish to undergo a detailed evaluation not only for coronary artery disease that can cause angina and myocardial infarction, but also for symptoms such as palpitations and irregular heartbeats.

Because contrast media is used, if kidney function is unsuitable, the contrast-enhanced CT will be discontinued and replaced with an alternative examination, such as stress echocardiography.

This course is recommended for those who wish to have their heart and blood vessels evaluated more thoroughly over an extended period.
