The Signature Course is a two-day comprehensive health screening plan that combines basic examinations (urinalysis, fecal occult blood test, blood tests, physical measurements, visual and hearing acuity, blood pressure, electrocardiogram, physician consultation, chest X-ray, pulmonary function testing, and abdominal ultrasound) with upper gastrointestinal endoscopy (gastroscopy), colonoscopy, and an oral glucose tolerance test.

The program is designed to detect gastric and esophageal cancers, as well as the increasingly prevalent colorectal cancer and colorectal polyps at an early stage. It enables a detailed examination of the entire gastrointestinal tract during a single screening visit. The oral glucose tolerance test is also used to assess the risk of diabetes.
