Rhinoplasty 【KAI CLINIC TOKYO】

Rhinoplasty designed with harmony of the entire face in mind—not just the nose. By balancing both function and aesthetics, we aim to create a natural, refined, and three-dimensional appearance that complements each patient's facial features.

KAI CLINIC TOKYO offers a comprehensive range of rhinoplasty procedures, including septal extension grafting, nasal tip refinement, augmentation rhinoplasty (using implants or costal cartilage grafts), nasal bone osteotomy, and hump reduction. Our surgical options range from delicate cartilage grafting to advanced bone-contouring techniques. All procedures are performed by board-certified plastic surgeons, with a strong emphasis on both patient safety and aesthetic outcomes based on detailed anatomical knowledge.

One of the defining features of our rhinoplasty is our approach to overall facial harmony. As a clinic specializing in facial bone contouring surgery, we develop treatment plans based not only on the nose itself but also on the balance of the forehead, nose, lips, and chin, with particular attention to the facial profile (E-line).

By combining nasal bone osteotomy to refine the skeletal framework with cartilage grafting for precise nasal tip shaping, we aim to create results that are natural, balanced, and well suited to each patient's facial features.

Consultations are also available for patients considering simultaneous rhinoplasty and facial contouring surgery.

Specialty
Facial Contouring (Orthognathic / Bone Contouring Surgery)
We offer facial contouring procedures that reshape the facial skeleton, including zygoma reduction (cheekbone contouring), V-line surgery, mandibular angle reduction, and genioplasty (chin surgery). By emphasizing overall facial harmony, we strive to achieve natural and refined results.

Combined procedures, such as facelift surgery and pelican surgery (submental soft tissue contouring), are also available when appropriate.

Rhinoplasty
We provide a full range of rhinoplasty procedures, including nasal tip refinement, septal extension grafting, alar reduction, augmentation rhinoplasty, and revision rhinoplasty. Rather than focusing solely on the nose, each procedure is designed to complement the balance of the entire face.

Eye Surgery
We offer a variety of eyelid and eye contour procedures, including double eyelid surgery, medial and lateral canthoplasty (inner and outer corner surgery), droopy eye surgery, sub-brow lift, and ptosis correction. Each treatment is individually planned to create natural-looking eyes that harmonize with the patient's facial structure and expressions.
