Removal of bile duct stones and pancreatic stones is performed under ERCP guidance.
For cases in which conventional stone extraction is difficult, electrohydraulic lithotripsy is performed.
In patients with surgically reconstructed gastrointestinal anatomy, stone treatment is carried out after endoscopic ultrasound-guided drainage.

Day 1 (Admission): Examinations and explanation of the treatment plan
Day 2: Examinations and treatment
Day 3: Blood tests; start of oral intake
Day 4: Observation of the patient's progress, including monitoring for the development of symptoms
Day 5: Discharge
※Depending on the results of the blood tests on Day 3, a CT scan may be performed and the hospital stay may be extended.
