Patients must meet the following conditions:
Be able to complete a Patient Information Sheet (Medical Questionnaire) and provide information regarding the planned treatment, current symptoms, past medical history, medications, and any available examination results in advance.
Agree to postoperative follow-up visits, additional treatment if necessary, and management of any complications that may occur after surgery.
Receive prior explanation of treatment fees, examination fees, and any additional procedure costs, and be able to make payment in advance or on the day of treatment.
Provide a telephone number reachable within Japan, accommodation information during the stay, and an emergency contact person.
Be judged by the attending physician, after consultation and necessary examinations, to be a suitable candidate for safe same-day surgery.
