This is our facility's highest-level comprehensive health screening course, combining PET/CT examinations at Osaka Metropolitan University Hospital with comprehensive examinations at MedCity21.

In addition to examinations using a high-performance PET/CT system capable of visualizing lesions of approximately 5 mm, including cancerous tissue, we make maximum use of the diagnostic equipment available at our health screening facility—including MRI, CT, and endoscopy—to conduct a detailed examination of the entire body over sufficient time.

By combining a variety of examinations and evaluating the entire body from multiple perspectives, we aim to detect diseases at an early stage.

The health screening begins in the afternoon of the first day and continues until the morning of the second day, allowing you to undergo the program at a relaxed pace over 2 days and 1 night.

Day 2 – Morning: PET/CT examination at Osaka Metropolitan University Hospital

Accommodation will be provided at Osaka Marriott Miyako Hotel.

For dinner, you may choose your preferred Japanese or Western course meal at the hotel's 57th-floor restaurant, ZK. Please enjoy a relaxing dining experience while taking in the beautiful views of Osaka.

Lunch on the second day will also be provided at the hotel.

Eligibility Criteria/Exclusions for Treatment

Patients with diabetes are requested to undergo the examination with their blood glucose levels well controlled. To maintain the accuracy of the PET/CT examination, please refrain from activities that place significant strain on the muscles, such as strength training or heavy physical labor, on the day before and the day of the examination.

Precautions / Contraindications

Individuals who are pregnant or may be pregnant cannot undergo this examination.
For MRI examinations, please ensure that gel nails (hands and feet), hair-fiber spray products, and similar items are completely removed.
If you have any metal in your body, such as implants or stents, please consult your primary doctor in advance to confirm whether the examination is safe for you.
If confirmation cannot be obtained, the examination cannot be performed. Thank you for your understanding.

There are restrictions on food and fluid intake from the day before the examination until it is completed.
Please be sure to check the detailed instructions that will be sent to you in advance, as they may vary depending on the examination contents.

If your blood pressure is high, the upper gastrointestinal endoscopy may be cancelled. Please manage your blood pressure before your visit.
