Multidisciplinary Treatment for Cerebral Arteriovenous Malformations [National Cerebral and Cardiovascular Center]
For cerebral arteriovenous malformations, a challenging condition, we provide multidisciplinary treatment utilizing surgical intervention, endovascular therapy, and Gamma Knife radiosurgery.
With an annual record of 65 cases treated (based on 2023 data), we provide treatment characterized by extensive experience in managing cerebral arteriovenous malformations. Our facility offers three treatment options—surgery, endovascular therapy, and Gamma Knife radiosurgery—with specialists from each discipline on staff full-time.

- Cerebral arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) are among the most challenging cerebrovascular lesions to treat, often requiring more than a single treatment approach for a complete cure. Our center is equipped with specialists in surgery, endovascular therapy, and Gamma Knife (radiation therapy), enabling us to provide the optimal, individualized treatment by combining these methods as needed. We treat approximately 65 cases of cerebral AVMs annually (2023 data).
