Cancellation Fee

From 20 to 8 days before the scheduled date: 20% of the program fee　 From 7 to 2 days before the scheduled date: 30% of the program fee The day before the scheduled date: 50% of the program fee　 On the scheduled date or without notification in advance: 100% of the program fee

Precautions / Contraindications

* If you are late for the reception time, you may have to skip some test items.
* The completion time of the test may vary depending on the test condition.
* Should you take any actions that disturb other guests/patients or that affect the screening, we may discontinue the test and decline your test/consultation (in such cases, the examination fee will not be refunded.) *A person who has a treatment for diabetes mellitus: Please consult with your doctor in charge in advance regarding internal medicine or insulin injection since it is required not to eat anything. *Diagnostic ability decreases when the value of blood sugar is more than 150mg/dl. In addition, it decreases extremely when the value of blood sugar is more than 200mg/dl. The examination may be canceled according to the decision of the inspecting doctor when the result of blood examination shows abnormal value. *The examination fee will not be refunded when the examination is cancelled on that day. Please be understanding of this beforehand. *Please refrain from hard exercise on the previous day and on the day of examination.
