Thread lift is a surgical procedure to lift the lax subcutaneous tissues of the face by implanting special threads (thread lift). Since the threads are simply threaded as if they were injected, there is no need for incisions, little or no scarring, and little postoperative swelling or burden.
The threads have a special fluff on their surface that is trapped in the subcutaneous tissue, allowing them to hold their lifted state firmly in place. The threading also stimulates the skin beneath the skin, increasing the amount of collagen in the surrounding area, which helps the skin regain its youthfulness and firmness even after the threads have been removed. The effect lasts for 3 to 5 years, depending on the individual.
1. Change into clothes for the treatment.
