［Meals one day before the health checkup］① Please finish dinner until 9 o’clock at night and take medicines when you take them in daily. ② Please refrain from fatty food, indigestible food, and alcohol. ③ Please refrain from eating and drinking after 9 o’clock at night. ※ It is allowed to drink just water or tea if it is little amount. ［On the day of examination］ ①Do not eat and smoke with punctuality on the day of examination. (Drinking little amount of water is allowed.) ② For gastro-intestinal examination, please do not take medicines for the stomach and diabetes, and traditional Chinese medicines, in principal. Please take the other medicines being necessary to take (for hypertension or heart disease etc.) under the consultation from your doctor in charge. ③ We ask a person who is on her period to come to the institute again to examine urine later (within a week) as blood occult check in urine examination is not properly evaluated.
