dedicated exclusively to medical inbound coordination.
We serve as a trusted link between international patients seeking care and
top-tier Japanese medical institutions.
 

【Position Summary】

We are seeking passionate and responsible individuals who can coordinate care for
international patients visiting Japan for medical treatment.
This is not a simple interpretation role—it's about comprehensive, hands-on coordination
across medical and logistical domains.
 

【Key Responsibilities】

• Support international patients with access to medical institutions across Japan
• Coordinate appointments, medical tests, hospital visits, and admissions
• Translate and communicate medical information, and liaise with medical professionals
• Assist with stay-related logistics including medical-stay visa procedures
• Manage the entire patient journey from arrival to aftercare
   

【Qualifications】

• Fluent in both English and Japanese at a business level or higher
• Strong interest in healthcare and international service
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior experience in medical settings or coordination roles is a plus
• No prior experience required—comprehensive on-the-job training (OJT) provided
• A mindset focused on hospitality, empathy, and cultural sensitivity
   

【Location】

• Tokyo office: Nihombashi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo
• Occasional domestic or international travel may be required depending on role
