Medical Corporation Jinseikai Edogawa Plus Clinic
The clinic offers the latest treatments such as “Precision Medicine (personalized medicine and cancer genome medicine),” “Cancer Immunotherapy” using immune checkpoint inhibitors, and “SGF (Stem Cell Culture Supernatant of deciduous tooth pulp),” which is thought to promote cell repair and regeneration.
Based on the philosophy of “cancer treatment without giving up,” our clinic offers treatments that cannot be covered by standard treatments. Our specialists (in principle, oncology pharmaco-therapists certified by the Japanese Society of Medical Oncology) with a wealth of clinical oncology experience analyze each patient's cancer at the genetic level, taking into consideration the patient's wishes and medical condition, and administer anti-cancer drugs (molecular targeted drugs) that are suited to each individual patient called “Precision Medicine (personalized medicine and cancer genome medicine), we also offer the latest treatment strategies such as “cancer immunotherapy,” which restores immunity and suppresses the growth of cancer cells by using immune checkpoint inhibitors, which prevent the brakes on the attack against cancer cells from being applied.

Precision Medicine
Precision medicine is also described as “personalized medicine.” Based on genetic information obtained from the patient's cancer tissue and blood, drugs that are thought to be effective for each individual patient are selected and treated.
Precision medicine identifies a patient's genetic mutation that causes cancer, so that the patient can be treated with a drug that is considered highly useful for that genetic mutation. Target disease or condition: “cancer” The patient is confirmed to have a condition for which standard treatment is unavailable or inaccessible, and then a decision is made as to whether or not the patient is eligible for Precision Medicine.

Cancer immunotherapy
Cancer immunotherapy is thought to restore immunity and suppress the growth of cancer cells through the use of immune checkpoint inhibitors, which prevent the brakes on the attack against cancer cells.
Recent research has shown that cancer cells escape immune attack by utilizing the mechanism of human immunity to apply the brakes to prevent them from attacking their own cells. Immune checkpoint inhibitors are drugs that prevent the brakes on the attack on cancer cells. This action is believed to restore immunity and inhibit the growth of cancer cells. Drug types include nivolumab (Opdivo®), ipilimumab (Yervoy®), and pembrolizumab (Keytruda®). Target disease: Cancer Our basic approach is that it is one of the options after standard treatment and not a treatment to be implemented without standard treatment.

Restorative Medicine / Deciduous tooth pulp stem cell culture supernatant (SGF)
The supernatant fluid produced when stem cells are cultured is called stem cell culture supernatant fluid and contains many bioactive substances such as cytokines, exosomes, and growth factors. It is believed that administration of stem cell culture supernatant fluid acts on stem cells that are already present in the body and promotes cell repair and regeneration.
Nasalized “SGF” is thought to act on the nervous system in the brain through the olfactory nerve, and is expected to have actions and effects related to the nervous system, such as “improvement and prevention of dementia, prevention of cerebral infarction, and recovery from motor dysfunction due to aftereffects. As a side effect, allergic reactions may occur in rare cases. The patient is required to use one bottle of nasal spray (5 cc of SGF) at home once a day for 2 to 3 sprays every day. Approximately one bottle can be used for one month. Intravenous infusion/injection The administered “SGF” is thought to circulate in the body and repair tissues and functions. It is expected to reduce the risk of developing diseases such as infarction-related diseases, diabetes, liver cirrhosis, atopy, and rheumatism (joint pain), as well as their symptoms. It is also expected to have an effect on aging (anti-aging). The infusion takes about 20 to 30 minutes. Diseases that can be expected to benefit (those for which efficacy has been reported in animal experiments, etc.) Diabetes, liver disease, kidney disease, atopy, rheumatism (joint pain), ED (erectile dysfunction), knee osteoarthritis, post-stroke syndrome, dementia, etc.
