SMART CLINIC Ginza

Specialized Clinic for Stem Cell Culture Supernatant
Customized IV Therapy Tailored to Each Individual

Cells in our body are continuously damaged by injuries and aging.
Stem cells, which differentiate into various types of cells and promote regeneration, are responsible for repairing these damaged cells.

The "stem cell culture supernatant" refers to the supernatant liquid secreted during the cultivation of stem cells. This liquid contains thousands of growth factors (bioactive substances) such as exosomes and cytokines, and is expected to have effects equivalent to those of stem cells themselves.

The activity of exosomes is believed to promote cellular activation, tissue regeneration, and improve blood circulation. Stem cell culture supernatants have also garnered attention in the field of anti-aging care. Among the various types of stem cells derived from human tissues, such as adipose tissue, bone marrow, and umbilical cord, dental pulp stem cells from baby teeth have been found to contain the highest levels of growth factors.

Facility Overview
Our High-Concentration Factor 9 is derived from cultured dental pulp stem cells collected from the naturally exfoliated baby teeth of Japanese children.
The process is conducted under the oversight of an ethics committee, a prerequisite for life sciences and medical research involving human subjects. Teeth extraction and dental pulp tissue collection are performed following appropriate and ethically approved procedures.

Additionally, we have confirmed that the dental pulp stem cells exhibit the characteristic markers of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs): CD73, CD90, and CD105 are positive, while CD34 and CD45 are negative. This demonstrates their classification as mesenchymal stem cells capable of differentiating into various functional cell types.

Our "High-Concentration Factor 9" is manufactured in a cell processing center compliant with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), which ensures rigorous quality control standards for pharmaceutical production. In addition to GMP, the process adheres to relevant regulations and guidelines.

Through a meticulous purification process during concentration, impurities such as ammonia and lactic acid are almost entirely removed, resulting in a highly pure exosome supernatant. This level of purification requires significant expertise and effort. Raw or poorly purified solutions with high impurity concentrations may cause adverse reactions when administered intravenously. Therefore, our clinic strictly refrains from using such products.

Specialized Clinic for Stem Cell Culture Supernatant
Customized IV Therapy Tailored to Each Individual

Stem Cell Culture Supernatant Clinic: Personalized IV Therapy for Each Individual Our cells are continuously damaged by injuries and aging. Stem cells, known for their ability to differentiate into various types of cells and promote regeneration, play a key role in repairing these damaged cells. What is "Stem Cell Culture Supernatant" It refers to the supernatant fluid secreted during the culturing of stem cells. This fluid contains thousands of growth factors (bioactive substances), such as exosomes and cytokines, and is considered to have effects comparable to those of stem cells themselves. Thanks to the activity of exosomes, benefits such as cell activation, tissue regeneration, and improved blood circulation are anticipated. Stem cell culture supernatant is also gaining attention in the field of anti-aging care. Among the various types of human tissue-derived stem cells, such as those from adipose tissue, bone marrow, and umbilical cord, it has been found that dental pulp stem cells from deciduous teeth contain the highest concentration of growth factors. This innovative treatment approach highlights the potential of stem cell culture supernatants in regenerative medicine and aesthetic applications.
