Medical Corporation Foundation Hiougikai Clinic Tokyo Toranomon COR

We provide regenerative medicine (treatment not covered by health insurance) such as stem cell therapy, stem cell mass therapy, and PRP therapy for various diseases in the fields of orthopedics, plastic surgery, and internal medicine.

We provide regenerative medicine (treatment not covered by health insurance) such as stem cell therapy, stem cell mass therapy, and PRP therapy for various diseases in the fields of orthopedics, plastic surgery, and internal medicine.

We focus on regenerative medicine such as stem cell therapy and PRP therapy. The concept is healthy aging.
Disease-specific treatments are provided by specialized physicians from Monday to Saturday (closed on Thursdays). The hospital is also equipped with a day surgery system using a C-arm digital fluoroscopy system and endoscopic joint nanoscope. We are also ready to accept foreign patients, and the hospital staff (doctors, nurses, and receptionists) speak English.
In addition, there is a clinic (Clinic Chikusa Hills) operated by the same corporation in Nagoya, which provides similar regenerative medicine.

You can choose either the Tokyo Toranomon COR clinic in Tokyo or the Nagoya Chikusa Hills clinic in Nagoya as your treatment location. The same treatment is available at both locations. For patients who wish to enjoy both treatment and sightseeing, Tokyo offers the convenience of Haneda Airport and nearby accommodations, as well as the opportunity to enjoy the central Tokyo area, including Ginza, Roppongi, and Aoyama. In the case of Nagoya, the clinic is a convenient 40-minute drive from Centrair airport, and popular tourist spots such as Hida Takayama and Kisofukujima are located nearby. Both locations are excellent.【Our equipment for examination and treatment】

Our clinic is mainly composed of university professor level doctors. Case-specific treatment is provided by a team of 9 physicians of academic and prestige. The medical corporation that operates the clinic has a regenerative medicine laboratory and cell processing facility as an affiliated organization, and has a totally coordinated treatment system. As a clinical clinic for regenerative medicine, the clinic collaborates with 28 universities, enabling the exchange of the latest information and providing a safe and advanced clinic.

Available Programs

  • Stem cell therapy and stem cell aggregates therapy (Toranomon COR)

Stem cells or stem cell aggregates are produced by culturing stem cells harvested from the patient's adipose tissue and growing them. The stem cells or stem cell aggregates are then administered intravenously or by injection into the diseased area. This treatment is a regenerative medicine that aims to restore damaged tissues and lost functions.

This treatment consists of adipose tissue collection, stem cell culture, stem cell or stem cell aggregates production, and stem cell infusion or stem cell aggregates injection. The patient's adipose tissue is harvested, the stem cells are aseptically isolated in a cell culture room (CPC), and then cultured to grow the cells. Stem cell aggregates are produced from the proliferated stem cells and the treatment is performed by injection. It takes about one month to administer stem cells or stem cell aggregates. We have treated approximately 350 cases so far, including those at our main clinic in Nagoya.

  • PRP (Autologous Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy, APS (Autologous Protein Solution) therapy (Toranomon COR)

PRP or APS is prepared from the patient's own blood and injected directly into the diseased area to relieve pain and repair tissue. Autologous PRP or APS is prepared by centrifuging the patient's blood and separating the blood components (red blood cells, white blood cells, plasma, etc.), which is then injected into the diseased area.

This treatment consists of peripheral blood collection, PRP/APS preparation, and PRP/APS administration, in that order. Blood is collected from the patient and centrifuged to prepare PRP/APS (the amount of blood collected will vary depending on the site of PRP/APS administration). The blood is then injected into the diseased area. Since PRP/APS is made from autologous blood, there is little concern about side effects, but in rare cases, temporary pain or swelling may occur during administration. The procedure takes about 40 minutes from blood collection to PRP/APS production, and can be performed as a day treatment. This treatment is expected to provide pain relief and tissue repair. We have treated approximately 1,600 cases so far, including those at our Nagoya clinic.

  • Healthy aging therapy (stem cell supernatant infusion, stem cell supernatant nasal spray, stem cell supernatant external agent)

The culture supernatant produced when stem cells are cultured contains components called exosomes, which are said to be effective in tissue regeneration and repair. This stem cell supernatant is administered by injection. In addition, creams, lotions, serums, and nasal sprays containing the stem cell supernatant are provided as a set with the above treatment.

This treatment consists of stem cell culture, collection of the culture supernatant (stem cell solution), and administration of stem cell solution. After aseptic isolation of stem cells in a cell culture room (CPC), the cells are cultured and grown. The stem cell solution produced in the process of cell culture is administered through intravenous infusion or injection as a treatment. This treatment is less expensive than conventional stem cell therapy. In addition, creams, lotions, serums and nasal sprays containing stem cell supernatant can be given on the same day of treatment.
