Available Programs

  • PET-CT Cancer Screening (Male) 【Nagoya Ekisaikai Hospital】

A small amount of a radiotracer (FDG), which is similar to glucose, is injected into the body.
This test takes advantage of the fact that cancer cells consume more glucose than normal cells, enabling detection of cancer presence. It allows for examination of a wide area of the body in a single scan.
This course includes not only PET-CT but also tumor marker testing.
A specialist physician will review the results, and if any abnormalities are found, we will coordinate smoothly with the relevant departments for further evaluation and care.
