Day surgery for lymphatic venous anastomosis using lymphatic vessels and veins in good condition
Ultra-high frequency ultrasound diagnostic equipment (SonoSite Vevo MD), high-resolution surgical microscope system (MM51) with a maximum magnification of 77 times, body composition analyzer (Inbody770) capable of measuring the water content of each part of the limbs, and ICG fluorescence observation camera system (pde-neo) capable of diagnosing lymphatic flow disorders

- Surgical treatment program for limb lymphedema after cancer treatment.
Lymphatic flow reconstruction surgery in the affected limb increases lymph flow and improves lymphedema.
High-quality lymphatic vessels selected using ultra-high frequency ultrasound are anastomosed to matching veins in two or three locations. The surgery is performed under local anesthesia, and takes about 30 minutes per location.
