- "We use a combination of stem cell injections (both into the joint and bone) and extracorporeal shock wave treatment to treat osteoarthritis of the knee, aiming for a synergistic effect. On your first visit, we’ll collect the cells and do the extracorporeal shock wave therapy. About 6-7 weeks later, on your second visit, we’ll administer the stem cells and do another round of extracorporeal shock wave therapy.

- *If there are no prior HIV, HBV, or HCV blood test results or MRI images, three visits are required for these prior tests.
- Precautions / Contraindications
- The day after cell administration, the patient will be asked to come back to the hospital to check the wound just to be sure. Please refrain from strenuous sports activities for 1-3 months after cell administration.
