- We're expecting a synergistic effect by combining intra-articular administration of APS and extracorporeal shock wave treatment for osteoarthritis of the knee. On your first visit, we'll perform cell collection and extracorporeal shock wave treatment. Then, 6 to 7 weeks later, you'll come in for the cell injection and another round of extracorporeal shock wave treatment.

- *If there are no prior HIV, HBV, or HCV blood test results or MRI images, three visits are required for these prior tests.
- Precautions / Contraindications
- The day after cell administration, the patient will be asked to come back to the hospital to check the wound just to be sure. Please refrain from strenuous sports activities for 1-3 months after cell administration.
