Anti-amyloid beta monoclonal antibody therapy has been approved for early-stage Alzheimer's disease. At our hospital, we offer short-term inpatient evaluation to comprehensively assess patient eligibility for this treatment. Approximately 100 patients are admitted annually for detailed assessment, and about 60% of them subsequently receive outpatient anti-amyloid beta antibody therapy.

We perform early detection of atherosclerosis, coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, aortic aneurysms, stroke, cerebral aneurysms, and dementia through various tests such as ultrasound (cardiac, carotid, and lower extremity), coronary MRA, long-term ECG monitoring, chest and abdominal CT, head and neck MRI, cognitive function testing, and sleep apnea testing.

We have been advancing the precision of high-dose-rate (HDR) interstitial brachytherapy. We use the third-generation remote afterloading system, MicroSelectron-HDR. In addition to curative treatment, we are also engaged in palliative therapy.

We have multiple types of surgical robots (da Vinci Xi, hinotori, and Hugo [available through participation in clinical research]) and provide high-quality robot-assisted surgery by selecting the most suitable system for each patient. The operating surgeon has experience with more than 5,000 surgical cases.

We have extensive experience in the treatment of various types of abdominal hernias. For morbid obesity, which is a major cause of inguinal hernia and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD, often associated with hiatal hernia), we reported the first case in Japan of a robot-assisted surgery using the da Vinci system (Aichi Medical University). In addition to English, we are also able to provide medical support in Chinese through collaboration with the Department of Upper Gastrointestinal Surgery at Kansai Medical University Hospital.
