We conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the eligibility for anti-amyloid beta monoclonal antibody therapy in patients with early-stage Alzheimer's disease and provide short-term inpatient care.
Anti-amyloid beta monoclonal antibody therapy has been approved for early-stage Alzheimer's disease. At our hospital, we offer short-term inpatient evaluation to comprehensively assess patient eligibility for this treatment. Approximately 100 patients are admitted annually for detailed assessment, and about 60% of them subsequently receive outpatient anti-amyloid beta antibody therapy.National Cerebral and Cardiovascular Center (NCVC)

For morbid obesity, which is a major cause of inguinal hernia and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD, often associated with hiatal hernia), we reported the first case in Japan of a robot-assisted surgery using the da Vinci system (Aichi Medical University).
