Program Summary: The presence of tumors is evaluated using endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS).
The indication for surgery is determined based on imaging studies such as CT, in addition to defining the extent of the tumor using the latest cholangioscopy systems.
Histological evaluation is performed by EUS-guided fine-needle aspiration or bile duct biopsy under endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP).
