Program Summary: When a mass lesion is identified, histological diagnosis is performed using endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration (EUS-FNA).
In cases where no mass is detected on endoscopic ultrasound but pancreatic cancer is still suspected, diagnostic evaluation using endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) is performed to differentiate carcinoma in situ.
